MARGUERITE C. PEARSON
FARNHAMVILLE - Marguerite C. Pearson 94, of Omaha, formerly of Farnhamville, Iowa, passed away November 11, 2020, at Omaha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center due to Covid and other complications.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home, Fort Dodge. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home until service time. Burial of casket will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Fort Dodge. We request all who attend wear masks.

Marguerite is survived by her son Steve Strom of Omaha; daughter Marsha (Gordon) Stribley of Omaha; stepchildren, Rick Pearson of Farnhamville, and Vickey Baker of Harlan; 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Leol Strom; her second husband Butch Pearson; brother Elmer; sisters, Ethel O'Sullivan, Lillian Mitsven and Helen Frotcher; and brothers-in-law, Randall O'Sullivan, Floyd Mitsven and Jack Frotcher.

Marguerite C. Carlson was born May 8, 1926, at Sioux City, Iowa, to Charles A. and Hazel (Madden) Carlson. They later moved to Coalville, Iowa, where her father worked on the railroad. Marguerite was united in marriage to Leol Strom and two children, Steve and Marsha, were born to this union. Marguerite and Leol later divorced. Years later, Marguerite married Butch Pearson of Farnhamville. Butch had two children from a previous marriage, Rick Pearson and Vickey Baker. Marguerite helped in the meat locker, a Pearson family business.
