BODE - Norman Gerald Lee, 78, of Bode, Iowa died Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Monday at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Kent Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Dodge with full military honors conducted by the VFW Post #1856. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Sunday at the Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Fort Dodge.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; two children, Danny & Doug Lee; grandchildren, Nichole, Dennis, Lila, Becky, Jake, Renee, and numerous others and was known as Grandpa to many more. He is also survived by a brother, Jim Lee and sister, Pat Enabnit; and several nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his 1st wife Marjie Smith Lee; his parents, Palmer and Hazel Lee; sons, Dennis, Duane, and Gary.

Norman Gerald Lee was born March 1, 1931 and attended school in Manly, Iowa. Norm serviced in the United States Army during the Korean War and is married Donna Lee. He was an avid junker, loved fishing, travel trips to Canada and an avid auction goer. Norman is dearly loved and will be deeply missed. He was always there for his family.

He was a member of Moose and a charter member of the Eagles.
