Ronald D. Bailey
Ronald D. Bailey 63, died August 21, 1994 at Trinity Regional Hospital.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Gunderson funeral chapel with the Rev. Phillips pastor of Riverside Methodist Church of Fort Dodge officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is after 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife Carmen; daughters Linda Anderson of Fort Dodge, Luanne Trammell of Storm Lake,Kelly Weinzetl,of Webster City, nine grandchildren, twin brother Don Bailey, Boone Half brother Art Bailey ,Fort Dodge and sister Dorothy Eaton, Douglas , Wyo. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Ronald Bailey was born March 12, 1931 at Lehigh. He attended school there and graduated from Lehigh High School in 1949. He married Carmen Hamell in 1950 at Fort Dodge. The couple made their home in the Otho-Fort Dodge area.
He worked at Celotex Gypsum Company 1953 til 1988 when he retired due to ill health.
He is a member of the Riverside Methodist Church and the Oil Chemical and Atomic Workers International Union.
